ANNUAL GIVING AND GRANT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Motivated, organized and outgoing individual to manage Stuhr Museum Foundation’s annual giving program, to research and write grants, and to assist with special events. Advanced oral and written communication skills to communicate persuasively with donors, to prepare promotional materials and to write successful grant proposals. Analytical skills necessary to identify potential grant sources, to develop and monitor budgets, to complete grant reports and to assist the Executive Director with fund development strategies. Advanced computer skills including experience with Access, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Power Point and Word. Experience with Raiser’s Edge fundraising software preferred. One to two years of fundraising, grant writing and/or special events management, or related experience and Bachelor’s degree required.
