Collections Building Tour

Did you know that Stuhr Museum is home to over 150,000 historic artifacts?! While we have a number of these items displayed in exhibits on a rotating basis, the Ahrends Collections Building is vital to storing and protecting those not on exhibit. Stuhr’s knowledgeable curators will take visitors on a tour of the collection not currently on exhibit while sharing stories that accompany some of these items, and maybe some mysteries, too!

The cost of this tour is $6.00 per person, and space is limited. Tickets can be purchased in advance online to ensure a spot on the tour. Please note, visitors must pay regular daily admission plus the tour fee to attend this tour (remember, members receive free daily admission!) Collections Building Tours will include an approximately 30-minute guided tour, with additional time for questions or requests to see specific items.
