Stuhr-pendous Saturday: What is an Archive?

January 6 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

We’re kicking off the 2024 Stuhr-pendous Saturday series with a behind-the-scenes tour and hands-on program in Stuhr’s archives! Attendees will learn what an archive is, and get a tour of our archive where you’ll see for yourself how items are stored and the level of care they are given. After the tour, we’ll have some items from the collection that you can view up-close in the Research Library, too! This program is intended for adults and youth ages 10+ who are accompanied by an adult. This program is free with regular daily admission for the public and free for members, however due to the limited space, we ask that you register in advance for a free ticket to ensure you have a seat. If there is still space available on the day of the program, unregistered guests will be admitted on a first-come basis until the capacity has been met. We hope you can join us for this fun and educational program!
