Third Thursday Picnic in Railroad Town

Pack your lunch and join us for a picnic! Picnicking was a popular pastime in the 1890s, the era which Railroad Town represents. We’ll show you what types of food and beverages would have been consumed, as well as the picnic accessories of the day. Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic lunch from home or purchase food at the Silver Dollar Cafe in Railroad Town or Stuhr Bistro in the Stuhr Building. Mark your calendars for each Third Thursday from May – August and join in the fun!
