Imagine: it’s the late 19th century, and the Age of Exploration is in full swing. New discoveries and emerging technologies allow explorers and adventurers to push the bounds of the known world, traveling further and faster than ever before. In “Amazing Journeys”, students will travel the globe while learning about the intrepid men and women who made these journeys in an age before global positioning systems and Google searches: who these pioneers of discovery were, how they got where they were going, and what they found once they arrived!
