Learn about the hardships and triumphs Kirsten endured as she left her homeland and made a home in America. Experience wood stove cooking as you make Pepparkakor cookies and other treats. Learn about Kirsten’s Swedish culture and life in America by creating a Swedish Midsummer Wreath, a mini braided mat, and more!
