With more than 150 antique tractors, automobiles, and other farm implements on display, the Farm Machinery Building showcases the agricultural technology of yesteryear. Some of the highlights you’ll see include:

1900s Gaar-Scott 16 HP Steam Engine Tractor
Powerful steam-powered tractors were used to pull heavy threshing machines and other equipment through fields. -
1925 Ford Model T Runabout
This Runabout was built by the Ford Motor Company and cost about $325 when purchased with a starter and demountable rims, which is roughly $5,800 today. -
Late 1890s to Early 1900s Johnston & Linihan Improved Gem Grain Grader
Fanning mills such as this were used to help separate, grade, and clean seeds for the new planting season. -
Late 19th to Early 20th Century Osborne Hay Tedder
A hay tedder imitated the motion of a person tossing hay into the air with a pitchfork. A machine like this could be used to turn cut hay, speeding up the drying and curing processes.

The Farm Machinery & Antique Auto Collection Building is open on Thursday - Sunday, 11 am - 3 pm through mid-October. The building may be opened upon special request. Inquire at the Stuhr Building for more details.
