Lend a helping hand to history!

Volunteers help with a variety of projects at Stuhr Museum each year. Whether you’re looking for a regular volunteering gig or a one-time project, we’d love to chat with you about ways you can help out!

As a volunteer, you’ll receive an annual museum membership and gift shop discount after 100 hours of volunteer service, valid for 1 year from the completion of your hours. Opportunities to gain new skills abound and you’ll have the personal pride and satisfaction in preserving Nebraska’s heritage for future generations. No experience is necessary! Enthusiasm, time, and a desire to participate are the only requirements to get started.
