This class is an introduction to wood carving and whittling. You’ll learn basic carving skills and techniques, including tool safety, sharpening, understanding wood grain, and making essential cuts by carving figures, animals, and even spoons. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills you need to carve safely and confidently on your own.
