Kumihimo Bracelet Making • Ages 8-14 • 3 days

May 27-29 AM

Kumihimo is a form of braiding from ancient Japan that is popular today for making jewelry using thread, cords, and even beads. We will create 2 or more bracelets with different braid patterns using easily obtained fibers to get you started, and show examples of more complicated patterns to tempt you to create later.
