Get ready for a tail-wagging good time!

Join us on Sunday, April 26th for The Running of the Wieners at Stuhr Museum. We’ll kick off the event at 1 pm with a costume parade of wiener dogs with costumes ranging from funny to elegant and everywhere in between. Following the parade, the Dachsund races will kick off—cheer on your favorite little runner as they dash toward the finish line!

The races are open to Dachsund and Dachsund mix dogs of all ages and abilities, competing in one of the following 4 categories:
•Little Smokies (Under Age 1)
•Feisty Franks (1-5 years)
•Senior Sausages (5+ years)
•Special Olympics (special needs wieners of all ages)
Prizes will be awarded to the fastest in each category!

Race registration is due April 17!
$25 for one dog and 2 handlers (one to release and one to catch your dog at the finish line)
Stuhr Member Special: $10 per dog (Stuhr members receive free daily admission!)
